A Message from Jesse

“The fact is that it takes courage to make the decision to reach out and start your journey towards healing. When you choose not to make a decision regarding reaching out for help you are, in reality, actively choosing to remain stuck in place. Don’t let another day, week or month go by –  choose today to move out of your comfort zone and reach out for the help you need.  Your future self will thank you for making your mental health a priority today!”
